  I brought my vehicle to be serviced and the treatment that I received by Bert Tamez was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. He said that checking my vehicle was a waste of his and his technicians time!!!! That by the look of the tires all I needed was new ones, after talking to several managers and VW my vehicle finally got taken care of. And like I said it was not the tires my car actually needed an alignment. I bought the vehicle less that a year ago, brought in twice for service and no one ever recommended an alignment ( apparently because is a waste of time for them) I am surprised that management tolerates this type of behavior from their employees, affecting their reputation tremendously and putting themselves at risk of lawsuits due to the negligence of their employees. I do not recommend to ever come here for anything. I do have to say that Lizbeth was professional and courteous to take over and take care of my concern. Word of advise just don't come here.
